(More customer reviews)these lifting straps are easy to use, and offer great support for the wrists when heavy weights are being handled. While doing shoulder shrugs with 100+ pound dumbells, i could hardly hold on for about 10 seconds, which severly limited the strenght and size of my trapezoids. With the help of these straps, my wrists never give under any amount of pressure.
