I find this workout the one I reach for when I just want to have fun and heck with the plunge lunge plyometric jack long hop turn crap!;)It's only medium hard (as she says, it's a 'steady-state' workout) and all the dancy choreography is super fun.It took me a few shots to get it, but once I did, it gets really fun to put it all together and go with the flow.Lots of spins, cha-chas etc. keep it interesting.It's a little shorter than her usual 55-65 minute workouts (only 44 minutes).I only wish there were a few more of these and maybe a teeny bit harder parts to hike up the heart rate a little.Overall, another great Cathe workout!
