No instructions included with the item. However, plenty of disclaimer information was included in the package.Phoned the company and the associate with whom I spoke was helpful but indicated there are no written instructions for inlating or using the item.I then took the item to my physical therapist who had the proper pump for inflating the item.The therapist was unable to inflate it.Unhappily, I am returning the item to The Therapy Connection at HPMS.
