We have this video as well as Pliates Power Bull Sculpt. They are easy and effective to pop in for 15 minutes or one hour. You will definitely see results if done correctly and your friends will notice too!

A dancers workout that begins with all-standing ballet exercises and ends with Pilates mat work. Attitude Tu is a varied combination which increases core strength while firming the entire body. The initial segment features traditional ballet exercises with an optional stretch band for strength and sculpting the upper body. The second segment consists of Pilates-inspired mat work for flat abs, a trim waist and lean and shapely legs and buns. This DVD has premixes for a variety of workout options! Resistance bands and a 1 to 5 lb. weight balls are optional.
