I was a little worried that the resistance wasn't going to be enough for him. He is an avid mountain bike rider and rides with a professional class rider. The adjustable seat is perfect also since our 5"4 daughter has decided she likes it too. The size is great. It doesn't take up a lot of space. We could easily put it in a bedroom corner. We have used this item for a few weeks and could't be happier.
