High quality, nice design, good customer service (a piece damaged in shipment was replaced with no hassle). Compared to my old American Sports back swing, on which the nylon finally gave out after 25 years, this is higher quality everywhere, and the curved handles are a handy feature for pulling yourself back to upright position in case you're not balanced perfectly. The only downside is that assembly is not easy or obvious, and the instructions are incomplete and poorly written.

Back pain is an uncomfortable and cumbersome ailment for millions of people. It can strike repeatedly and without warning, nearly paralyzing its victims with pain and discomfort. Inversion therapy is an excellent way to prevent and treat chronic or recurring back pain. This form of therapy treats back pain by hanging a person upside-down by their ankles. I'm almost 40 and have never been as flexible as I am after one month of using this DVD.It has helped my golf game and made me feel like a whole new person.I actually can't wait every morning to wake up and start my day with about 25 minutes of stretching.In fact, many days I do the routine twice!The time goes fast and you feel so good and are completely relaxed that before you know it you've done 25 minutes of stretching and feel great.

STRETCH MAX is a 60 minute program that consists of three 20 minute stretching segments. The stretches you will see are a hybrid of basic, athletic-based, yoga-based, and gymnastic-based. Feel free to do any or all of the segments as often as you like. For best results and to enhance your flexibility, it's recommended that you do at least one of the segments 3 times per week. Also note that you should be completely warmed up before participating in the segments. Cathe personally likes to stretch after a minimum of a 20 minute cardio. That's when she finds her muscles completely pliable and open to elasticity gains. Each segment focuses on stretching all of the major muscle groups in the body. Segment one does this without any equipment, while segment 2 uses a stability ball and segment 3 uses a resistance band. The overall atmosphere on the workouts is calm and peaceful with very little talking once in the stretch.

...if you are a regular and massive water drinker like me.I carry water around with me all day and drink easily a gallon per day, so I figured that investing in a BPA-Free container makes a lot of sense in the long run.

Also the construction and materials of these bottles is top-notch.Very sturdy, and the plastic they use for the lid is both visually and tactilely pleasant.Where the lid screws onto the bottle, it seems to be slightly softer so it's quite leakproof and you don't have to twist it super tight for it to prevent leakage like you do with some cheaper bottles.

The shape is perfect for fitting into the mesh water-bottle side pockets of my backpacks, a SwissGear laptop pack and a Jansport daypack.One liter ties me over for a good 2-3 hours.I use one of these bottles for water, and another one for Gatorade whenever I go to the gym.

The plastic loop in the lid is great for carrying with one finger or clipping onto a strap on your backpack; it also helps you twist to open the lid.Pretty smart design!

Overall, this is one product that DOES live up to the "You get what you pay for" cliche.

* CLEANING TIP: All you need to do is clean with hot water and add a drop or two of bleach to it, then rinse.I only have to do that maybe once every 2-3 weeks, and I use my bottle every day just about.Most of the time just a simple rinse in warm water will do, but the odor develops over time due to growth of the bacteria in the backwash that happens every time you drink from it---if you pour the water out of the bottle into a glass instead of drinking directly from the bottle, I'd imagine you wouldn't have any odor issues.

I find this workout the one I reach for when I just want to have fun and heck with the plunge lunge plyometric jack long hop turn crap!;)It's only medium hard (as she says, it's a 'steady-state' workout) and all the dancy choreography is super fun.It took me a few shots to get it, but once I did, it gets really fun to put it all together and go with the flow.Lots of spins, cha-chas etc. keep it interesting.It's a little shorter than her usual 55-65 minute workouts (only 44 minutes).I only wish there were a few more of these and maybe a teeny bit harder parts to hike up the heart rate a little.Overall, another great Cathe workout!

If you want to practice and have a complete experience of what a boxing training might be,try this DVD. The production takes you to a Gym with dimmer lights inwhich the central figure is your personal trainer: Michael Olajide.

The routine starts with warming movements that will prepare you for the task of exercise the whole upper body. However, because you have to perform bouncing movements it also workout your legs.

It is divided in rounds(3), each one more challenging that the preceding one and not only requires stamina, but is a challenge to your coordination.

Finally,the DVD contains a core sculture exercises, i.e. abdominal routine, that really works.

Indeed is it a great workout...ENJOY!

Recommended for intermediate-advanced, even though there are 3 levels portrayed in this workout.Mindy performs the advanced level alongside a modifier (beginner) and an intermediate.You'll use multiple equipment: tubing, stability ball with a Body bar, a step and dumbbells.It's over an hour long with 4 sections, which includes the Bonus:Gliding. Fast paced workout, except for Gliding. Choreography, easy-to-follow, fun & creative, plus demanding!Mindy cues & directs well, offering safety and helpful tips to make it an effective workout.

TUBING: Although it's all about arms, don't forget to pay mind to your core because you will need to engage it as well with these moves.After the extremely brief warm-up, Mindy will lead you to chest press, push-ups, anterior raise to a military press, lat raise, bicep curls.You'll do 2 sets and the transitions are quick, so be mindful of form!Go at your own pace.I enjoyed the "throwing" move with the tube, then it was onto the floor with high and low rows into torso twists.
STEP & WEIGHTS: No warm-up here, heavy reps, and light dumbbells. (I used a 2 and a 3 lb.) Standing, sitting all on the step.Mindy has moves where you slightly change the position and it works totally different muscles.Get ready for push-ups for the chest and push-ups for the triceps. Another challenge (I didn't even attempt) was the single arm dip with one arm over head with a dumbbell.
STABILITY BALL & BODY BAR: After brief warm-up, again, you'll be all over the ball, sitting on it, using it as a weight bench, doing push-ups on it (modifier was perfect), doing triceps dips with the body bar on your lap. This was so demanding, Mindy gives you breaks to just shake off your arms.
GLIDING: Using substitutes for the purple gliding disks, this is a much slower pace section and felt flowy.This was a different feeling of muscle work altogether because you are elongating and you have to focus on control of pulling and pushing in and out.
