Very easy to grip, well balanced, and slides onto an olympic bar with ease as it has a smoothly polished metal insert. Best of all, very little rubber smell which you sometimes get on rubber coated dumbbells. So it wont stink up your weightroom. Now that I know it is OK, i'll be ordering the 35s and 10s.
