(More customer reviews)I ordered this item to replace a previous one that had broken.The day it arrived I used it to fill up a new balance ball - almost.When the ball was about half full I could tell there was something wrong with the pump.The handle and shaft were sticking and resisting movement.I took the pump apart and discovered the rubber membrane was all tangled around the plunger.After carefully untangling it and getting grease all over my hands I reassembled and tried again.Same thing happened, only this time the membrane was ripped.I did what I could to get it back in place again, and it wheezed along enough to almost fill the ball (not enough to use)beforecompletely seizing up.
I threw it away and spent another 20 minutes cleaning up the grease it had leaked on my hands, clothes and the balance ball.I'll never buy another one.
