(More customer reviews)Mat has a nice design although somewhat thin.(The ones at my yoga place are thicker but I prefer to have my own.)Came with carrying strap although the first product shipped did not have it include per package description however after I contacted Amazon a replacement was sent with the strap.Overall, worth what I paid for a little design to make life interesting.
