After talking to a lady who owns one like this I decided it was the one for me. I ordered it on Monday and it was here on Thursday. Excellent belt and very fast shipping. I recommended it to several others in my class. I use the weights when I go to the pool by myself. I know you will like it as much as I do. It is a lot less bulkythen the ones they have here for us to use.
