(More customer reviews)I must be honest: the only reason I don't give these five stars is because of my own expectations. I thought--because these are essentially the same price--that these were the weighted bands used in Billy Blanks' Boot Camp videos, and these are not them. These have no weights in the handles, and they appear to be a bit "lite" (this spelling used intentionally) and cheap compared to the actual "Billy Bands". But, truth be told, my workout buddy has the real Billy Bands and they have both broken on him during workouts. My cheap-looking non-weighted bands have, so far anyway, held up. So I am a bit disappointed that, for about the same price as the Billy Bands, I didn't get the added weight in the handles. But other than that, these babies have done the job. So I bought some weighted gloves to use with them, and now I'm set.
