(More customer reviews)I Ordered this product on Dec 10th from The Sports Nut as a christmas present for my brother in law.When the bag arrived on the 15th the plastic piece holding the shoulder strap on the bag was shattered to pieces.I called the sports nut and explained the problem.He told me they were out of stock, but as soon as they received a new shipment they would send me a replacement.
Four days later I called them back, inquiring about a new shipment as Christmas day was quickly approaching, When i didn't get an answer, I left numerous messages, none of which resulted in a return phone call.When I finally reached a person and asked about the new shipment she said it hadn't come in yet.When I asked if she could call me when it came in she laughed and said she was too busy and I would have to call back myself.
Finally three days before christmas, fed up with the customer disservice, I called the sports nut to ask how I could return the product. They said I couldn't and they told me that it wasn't their fault that the product was borken and I would have to take the issue up with the shipping company.
I usually never write reviews of the products I buy, no matter how poor, but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I wouldn't want to have anyone suffer the same fate dealing with this sub par vendor
