(More customer reviews)This workout is about 50 minutes long with warmup and cool-down. There are three chapters, two are mostly kettlebell swings and squats, of which the second one is a pretty challenging 15-minute non-stop moving section. During the introduction, Brook explains proper form and movements, and recommends 10 to 20 lbs for women and 15 to 30 lbs for men. I alternated between a 10 and 15 lb kbell and I was able to keep up (I work out 7 days a week), but with 20 lbs I would have struggled because of the pace. The emphasis is lower body, but the heartrate gets elevated as well. The cuing is good and the workout has a steady pace. The abs/core section felt very effective which is done on the mat with a kbell. The music during the kbell swings and squats is not worth mentioning, but it picks up for the abs section. I don't think it's as hard as advertised, but that is also dependend on the weight used. Overall, because of it's repetitiveness I took a star away, but it's a pretty good workout that tests your endurance and works your buns intensly. (I do think it's too high priced though).
