(More customer reviews)I recently started adding rope jumping to my kickboxing fitness routine because it is a great cross-training exercise & seems to complement the kickboxing well.I heard of Michael O from way back in the Kathy Smith days of "Aerobox" and knew he was the real deal.I picked this dvd up- Aerojump Skills 123 & the Aerojump/sculpt, which I haven't done yet.

I've only done "skills 1" & it's a tough 25 minutes of rope jumping! It was intense but left me invigorated- I wanted to keep going. My calves/legs were burning during the workout & could really feel it in my arms & shoulders, as well.I'm happy I purchased his dvds for added intensity & variety.Michael explains how to jump rope correctly & is a true master at it- he is impressive to watch! Rope jumping & the kickboxing will get anyone in phenomenal shape- I've already seen improvements in my cardio capacity, my arm & leg strength & inches lost with this rotation.

Aerojump is a great workout- rope jumping is reported to burn massive amounts of calories (11 calories per minute) & even exceeds running to some degree because of the muscle building associated with rope jumping.I highly recommend his Aerojump dvd to anyone looking to bust a serious fitness & weight loss plateau.
