(More customer reviews)My son absolutely loved this baseball glove.First, it came with a soft but firm ball that he could be a little rough with and not break while at the same time, if he got hit he didn't get hurt.Second, the glove itself was softer than a traditional glove which makes it perfect for learning how to close his hands over the ball when he catches it.It was not too heavy for him, or too big.In general a perfect beginners glove for ages 5 to 8.
