(More customer reviews)I bought this because of the extra thickness and it is thick; however, this mat gets very, very slippery with just minimal sweating.I am fairly new to yoga and I'm not doing hot, sweaty Ashtanga - we're talking basic yoga with some vinyasa.This would be unsuitable if you were a really proficient practitioner.I've had this less than a year and have tried various cleansers but nothing makes it less slippery.I'm in the market for a new mat and will try something more highly textured.
