(More customer reviews)When I use the DVD to workout I have certain exercises that I'm stronger at.So while following along I sometimes will switch the cord to a stronger band as I feel more comfortable and am stronger with some exercises.I've used other bands where I would have to replace handles everytime I wanted to use a different resistance.With Ripcords the handles are built in so it made switching between exercises not as tiresome.Thanks to their lifetime warranty and the Circuit 7, I'm gonna keep in shape and during the off season I'll stay game ready!
