(More customer reviews)The balance Bosa stand does exactly as expected.It helps us older less agile people from falling and breaking a hip.I looked at the instruction portion of the booklet but found a giant lack of sense so I assembled it as just looking at the pictures and got it assembled properly minus the 2 screws which are on the underside which attach the tip loops to the uprights.These 2 screws make no sense. I might have put those 2 screws in if I weighed over 400 pounds but even then, if 3 screws on each upright within a 4 inch span isn't enough the underside screw is NOT going to help.When attaching the steel frame to the underside of the floor plate 1 hole on each brace was missaligned and made it very difficult to get the fastener to thread in properly.At this point I just figured it had to be manufactured somewhere in the US because honestly after assembling a maltitude of items manufactured in China and never having any difficulty, I just could not believe it was made anywhere except here or maybe France.The product is exactly what I wanted and needed.It's just that the quality control of the manufactureing COULD be better.
