The belt is nice because you can arrange the floats or remove some to make it just right for your needs. The barbells have a nice resistance. The carry bag is very handy. The only thing I probably won't use much is the ankle weights because I could not seem to get them to stay tight, and the straps were long and floating around in an annoying manner. The ankle weight is one thick foam piece that needs to bend around the ankle but it wants to spring back which loosens the strap. If it were small blocks like the belt, it might work better. On the plus side, the foam is not under your foot so it is easy to walk around while wearing them. Maybe I'll see what I can do to modify them and shorten the straps.
