(More customer reviews)I workout while watching tv...my husband likes it more than me so we take turns.;) It's an easy fun workout, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone that wants to see results quickly because you wouldn't get them. Think of it as an additional helper to your other-more rigorous workout.
