(More customer reviews)Summer's heat and humidity, and a running injury took it's toll on my workouts.I found the Aquajogger to be a great alternative!It's very easy to use, comes with a small booklet that instructs on exercises that you can use for toning.I got the combo pack with the dumbbells and resistance booties. I can do a 60-90 minute workout without any pain or heat issues.Just be prepared--people will constantly be asking you about it while you're working out!
