As a consultant and a 40 year old single parent mother with limited time aspiring to better last years triathlon times I found this DVD just what I needed to improve my overall conditioning in a timely manner AT HOME!!The workouts were well suited to a beginner like me - last year I completed my first 2 triathlons.There are four workouts around 15 minutes each - core, upper body, lower body and the flexible warrior portion geared more for female triathletes.I found if I just pushed the menu button on my DVD player I could skip to the various workouts quickly and depending on how much time I have I can do my 1,2,3, or all 4 of the workouts. I didn't need allot of fancy equipment to complete the workout.It was no nonsense and easy to follow - not allot of bouncing around or hard to follow moves, you can watch the DVD with or without music, and Troy's instructions were very, very easy to follow.The only criticism I might have is that I would have liked just a little more information on good form while completing the exercises.Otherwise I loved the DVD and am planning to look for more from the Irongirl series or Troy Jacobson!!
